Rental Confirmation LLC understands that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions for cancelling your car rental reservation.
You may cancel your reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total rental amount.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount.
If you fail to pick up the vehicle without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full rental amount. No refund will be issued for no-show reservations.

You may modify your reservation (dates, vehicle type, or pickup location) without penalty if the modification is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may result in price adjustments.
In the event of circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, severe weather, medical emergencies, government restrictions), cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Rental Confirmation LLC management. Documentation may be required.
