- Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup — Full refund
- Cancellation made 24-48 hours before pickup — 75% refund
- Cancellation made within 24 hours of pickup — 50% refund (subject to review)
- Vehicle not available at the time of pickup — Full refund
- Service quality issues verified by our team — Partial or full refund
2. Non-Refundable Items
- No-show reservations (failure to pick up without cancellation)
- Early vehicle returns (no refund for unused rental days)
- Fuel charges and toll fees incurred during rental
- Traffic violation fines and administrative fees
- Insurance premiums that have been activated
3. How to Request a Refund

- The processing time may vary depending on your financial institution
5. Security Deposit Refund
Security deposits are refunded within 7-14 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided no damage or violations are found.
