  • Cancellation made 24-48 hours before pickup — 75% refund
  • Cancellation made within 24 hours of pickup — 50% refund (subject to review)
  • Vehicle not available at the time of pickup — Full refund
  • Service quality issues verified by our team — Partial or full refund

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • No-show reservations (failure to pick up without cancellation)
  • Early vehicle returns (no refund for unused rental days)
  • Fuel charges and toll fees incurred during rental
  • Traffic violation fines and administrative fees
  • Insurance premiums that have been activated

Security deposits are refunded within 7-14 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided no damage or violations are found.
