Welcome to Rental Confirmation LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and car rental services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Rental Agreement

By making a reservation with Rental Confirmation LLC, you agree to the following:

  • You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle (25 for luxury/premium vehicles)
  • You must hold a valid driver's license that has been active for at least one year
  • You must present a valid credit card in your name at the time of pickup
  • You must provide valid identification (passport or government-issued ID)

2. Reservations and Pricing

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Quoted prices include the base rental rate and may not include taxes, fees, insurance, or additional services. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms

  • A security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle pickup
  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • The renter is responsible for all charges incurred during the rental period
  • Additional charges may apply for fuel, tolls, traffic violations, or damage

4. Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with the following conditions:

  • The vehicle may only be driven by the authorized renter or approved additional drivers
  • The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, or off-road driving
  • The vehicle must not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup
  • Smoking is prohibited in all rental vehicles

5. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included with all rentals. Additional coverage options are available. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by the selected insurance plan, including the applicable deductible amount.

6. Vehicle Return

  • Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon date, time, and location
  • Late returns may incur additional charges
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received
  • A vehicle inspection will be conducted upon return

7. Limitation of Liability

Rental Confirmation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or rental vehicles, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
